My True Love

The background of this 3x6 tag has been colored using walnut and alcohol inks and stamped. Embellishments include vintage crochet lace, buttons, velvet leaves and a hand embossed copper heart piece.

Tag Art

I love tags and have been working on a few new ones this week. I know it seems like an odd assortment, but this is what I think my brain actually looks like at times and so I just go with it. I actually get more accomplished if I don't try to rationalize to much of my art.

Travel Tags

I created the backgrounds of these tags using walnut ink and rubber stamps.

Queen of Hope - Tag Art

This 3 x 6 inch art tag has a background created from various textured surfaces, including a piece of light weight copper that I textured and added to bottom left corner. I then dabbed acrylic paint to give the background a slight patina. Slide mount and crown also have a textue. Embellishments include aged brass cheribs, faux stones, velvet flower with aged brad, aged lace cutout behind slide mount and metallic charms at bottom edge. There are 3 embossed paper beads with small accent beads attached to the fibers. SOLD

Tag Book

A couple of friends and I got together and each created 3 tags of one design and we made 5 sets of tags, then sent 5 tags to each player. There was no theme, no rules, any size tag could be used, and this is what we came up with. Thanks for playing ladies. This swap was a lot of fun.
