These are 2 different batches of metal objects that I have rusted for my art work. I know it looks like a lot, but sometimes I just don't know when to quit.

You can never have enough of the rusty metal pieces :)
Just discovered your blog and I love it... I was wondering which method you used for rusting those pieces of metal... I love them all.

Candy, I just use 2 parts bleach to 1 part vinegar and let sit for 24 hours. Different metals will rust to various degrees. Do not rinse. I just lay out on newspaper covered with paper towel to dry.

I was about to ask you how you did them too ;-)
I am using an iron paint and rustingmixture I get from the harwear store, but get mixed results. Lust give this a try!
